Last weekend I decided it would be fun to make pumpkin pizzas. Halloween was over, but hey, it's still fall, fun, & festive, right? Reid loved the idea and thought they were pretty tasty too! Just english muffins, pizza sauce, monterrey jack cheese and pepperonis cut into triangular shapes. Easy!
For several weeks, Reid has been asking if we can make s'mores again (we did it last year about this same time for the 1st time with Reid). I kept telling Reid it was just a wee bit too warm for a fire outside. But alas, last Friday night, it was nice & cool outside! A perfect night for roasting marshmellows! We had a ball and Reid was as happy as he could be that night! He danced around like a crazy man and ate WAY too many s'mores, but hey, when you're a kid, who cares! We should definitely make this a Lindsay tradition during the cold weather months! Happy Fall!
So fun!!! You must try raspberries in your smores next time. You'll die it's so good!
