We have been preparing Reid's new big boy room upstairs for a couple of weeks now. The lady that painted his baby room, came to give me her thoughts & ideas about doing his big boy room. I decided to do a train theme since he loves trains. His new room turned out much better than I ever thought it would. I knew our painter would do a great job, but this was beyond my wildest expectations! Thank you Theresa! You are so talented! I had some ideas of what I wanted the room to look like and decided to use the colors from the comforter to help pick out paint.
The room is still a work in progress. The nightstand is on back order and of course there are is no decor except for the paint, but we'll get there! So far, Reid likes it, so that's all that matters to us!
Reid loves his new room and sleeps so well in it! He started sleeping in it at nap time last Saturday and I thought we would just have him sleep in there for naptime for a few days and see how it went. Saturday night when we gave him the option of the crib or the big boy bed, he chose his big boy bed! Mommy was a little nervous and not quite ready for that, but he did great and has only asked for the crib a couple of times since then. He hasn't slept in his crib one night since May 22nd. Wow, Reid! You are truly my big boy!! I am so proud of you!

Wow! I LOVE it! Both boys have beautiful rooms. Truly amazing what she can do with paint!
