Snow day.... #2

Our ice covered street. Literally. ALL ice!

About to venture out of our ice crusted driveway.
Riley not quite sure what to think of this new snow get up.

Here is what we've been up to since we have
been home bound for the last 2 days.....

Making Valentine crafts
We got three done. Notice the lion isn't quite finished...
We didn't have our cabinet stocked with Elmers before
we attempted this project!

Making fruit loop necklaces

Success! Except that this craft only lasted 5 minutes and
all he wanted to do was eat that WHOLE cup of Fruit Loops.
It was a fun idea and not long after, he told me he wanted the
necklace off. I thought "Okay, maybe it's bothering him."
Went to go cut it off and realized
he had eaten all the fruit loops off of the necklace.
I didn't even have to teach him that one!

I think Reid was getting really bored at this point, but it
sure did make for a cute picture!


Mommy has made a list of activities and we are
going to try & make this a somewhat sane afternoon.
We actually ventured out to Carl's Jr. to eat lunch today
and to the grocery store. Probably not the best
idea we've had all day! However, I've got cupcake stuff ready to go
and then we'll attempt to try & do more Valentine crafts
I'm guessing we'll probably be doing more of this tomorrow!
It's not easy being stuck indoors all day, but I sure am having
fun coming up with fun activities to keep us busy!
I'm not sure who's more bored.... me or my 3 year old?? :)
Gotta run! More pictures and memories to make!
