4th and Fireworks

Happy 4th from the Lindsay fam!

We started out the day with Riley having his first BIG piece of watermelon...
What 4th of July is complete
without a little watermelon?? ;)

I think he liked it!

Later that evening we set off to our neighborhood's 4th of July
celebration complete with bounce houses,
snow cones, and lots of fun kid stuff to do!

I can't believe how big he's getting!

We ended the night with it being just Reid & I at the fireworks show.
Daddy had to take a VERY tired 11 mo. old home to bed at WAY too late of
an hour!! We tried to push him a little too far past his bedtime last night and
boy did we pay for it! At least he slept till
9am this morning! He's a trooper and has been in
a good mood all day today!
We had a great time and Reid enjoyed the fireworks
this year, although he kept saying they were too loud. :/
Hopefully next year we can have them both
with us at the fireworks show and we can make it a complete family affair!
