HAPPY 1ST BIRTHDAY LITTLE RILEY!
We were actually able to celebrate your birthday on your actual BIRTH DAY!
I decided on The Very Hungry Caterpillar for your birthday theme and I
think it turned out pretty cute if I do say so!
We had lots of family over and even your Aunt Suzie, Uncle David,
and cousins were able to come in town & help us celebrate!
It was a great day, except you had a little fever all day and weren't quite feeling
yourself. :(( You did pretty well considering you weren't feeling
so hot. It was a fun party and I think everyone enjoyed it!

Your first time seeing Aunt Suzie & your cousins since Christmas.
They missed you!!


I made a little banner with pictures of you from birth to 12 months.
It is so neat to see how much you've grown & changed this year!

Daddy made a "caterpillar" balloon for you!

All of the yummy food!

I had little signs made up to match the theme of the book....
"On Monday, he ate through one nice green leaf, on
Tuesday he ate 2 onions, but he was still hungry,
on Wednesday he ate 3 tomatoes, but he was still hungry...."

Even had labels made up for the plasticware...
That's the party planner in me!
